Investment Portal of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation
The International Seminar on Shipbuilding and Ship Repair in the Arctic took place on 15 June at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum as part of the events of Russia’s chairmanship in the Arctic Council in 2021–2023, which are being organized by the Roscongress Foundation.
The seminar addressed such issues as the construction of ice-class ships, the development of ship repair services in the Arctic, the labour market, and the revamping of the training system since the development of safe navigation in the Arctic is one of the priorities of Russia’s chairmanship in the Arctic Council.
The event was attended by representatives of the government and business.
