The conference ‘National Megaproject: Personnel and Research Support’ took place on 10–11 November in Arkhangelsk as part of the plan for the main events of Russia’s chairmanship of the Arctic Council in 2021–2023, which is being organized by the Roscongress Foundation.
The event focused on information security in the digital economy, the customization of personnel training for the Arctic regions, the monitoring of the labour market, as well as the transformation of urban spaces and robotics.
The programme also featured cybersport and information security competitions, the sports programming championship and some activities for schoolchildren.
