Meeting of the Arctic Economic Council

The meeting of the Arctic Economic Council (AEC) took place on 7 September in Vladivostok (within the 7th Eastern Economic Forum programme) as part of the plan for the main events of Russia’s chairmanship of the Arctic Council in 2021–2023, which is being organized by the Roscongress Foundation.

The expanded meeting of the Russian chapter of the Arctic Economic Council focused on key areas of cooperation with partners from Asia, including for the development of transportation along the Northern Sea Route, energy, and mining.
